Considering a maintenance agreement with this contractor and service provider. Will definitely call him for future HVAC needs.

I worked with Air Patrol and I was very satisfied with the work.

Air Patrol Air Conditioning & Heating was the first positive experience I’ve had regarding Heating and Air Conditioning since owning my home, 17 Years. I was told by a previous contractor I needed a part for $600.00. Air Patrol came to the house to do an estimate, I explained what had happened. He looked at the furnace, screwed a disconnected wire back and the furnace was fixed. I immediately signed a service agreement. The technician came a few days later, disassembled the blower and cleaned the furnace incredibly. I will never use anyone other than Air Patrol in the future and I have recommended them to my Homeowners Association. These guys are great.

Air Patrol did contact us with follow up calls to check if everything was working properly. They were very prompt, efficient and consumer friendly. Thank you.

Air Patrol AC is a life saver, they came out on the same day, in the middle of summer when my AC broke down! Thanks Air Patrol I will always call you in a pinch!

I would recommend Air Patrol to anyone that needs Air Conditioning or Fireplace services. I have used Air Patrol for both. The staff is very competent and professional. Air Patrol made arrangements to work past 5 PM to accommodate my schedule, which I greatly appreciate.

We had a fire in our attic and had to have a whole new heat and air system installed. We contacted Air Patrol and got a bid, one of many. They told us what we needed and the price was competitive. But the company rep was very honest and polite. That was the main reason we went with Air Patrol. You have a very good contractor as a rep.

I called Air Patrol for a second opinion on work that had been quoted by another company. The first company told me that I needed a new furnace and gave me a price of $4,000. They told me that my furnace was shot and could not be repaired due to it’s age.

Air Patrol came out and were incredibly honest and professional. They found the problem and fixed it. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. They explained what my options were and were very reasonable in their cost of services. First class – Honest – Affordable They earned my business and I will call them in the future if I ever need Furnace or AC work.

Terrific service with high integrity. Saved me a service call and then offered several options. Of course I picked the least expensive, but I was able to make an informed choice. Thanks Todd! I’ll be calling Air Patrol from now on for my HVAC needs.

Technician inspected our 3 units, changed the filters, cleaned condensers, and did routine maintenance. In addition, one of our units had been making a loud vibrating sound for months and was driving us crazy when we were outside and had to listen to the noise.

Two other air conditioning companies had looked at the noisy unit and tried to fix it, but the fixes never lasted longer than a couple of hours. Air Patrol, on the other hand, correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem, which turned out to be a fan out of balance. Four months have gone by and no offending noise has returned! Technician also suggested that we go on a prepaid plan to provide spring and fall checks on our cooling and heating system. So the $350 I paid in August for the service included the next visit. When the time came for the fall check-up an Air Patrol representative called to remind me and scheduled the appointment. I am very pleased with the service, the skill, and the professionalism shown by Air Patrol and they will be my company of choice from now on.

The AC downstairs was blowing hot air and I called the home warranty company I had recently signed up with. The company they sent out said that the compressor was shot and that I had to replace the downstairs unit and provided me with options. The AC and furnace are original to the house, about 17 years old, so I knew that they would need replacement soon. However, the prices this company provided were high and the AC guy indicated that they could use the original freon in the new unit…not the more ozone friendly freon now required. I felt uncomfortable about the whole presentation. The AC upstairs was still working and we were surviving so I decided to call other companies for estimates.

Someone recommended I call Sears for an estimate to replace the unit, and Sears did come out and provided estimates, but they were sky high. I wasted 2 hours of my life listening to that presentation. A couple of friends of mine recommended I do research on Angie’s List, so I signed up and started researching. I called several companies for estimates and on 7/16, I got in touch with Air Patrol in Carrollton. Sean Gazor answered–I told him the problem and he said that he was nearby and would come by in about an hour. True to his word, he did. I explained the problem in more detail letting him know what the other AC people had told me. He checked the AC inside then went outside to check the compressors. He was outside for quite a while and when he came back in, he said that he’d fixed the compressor. My jaw dropped…I said “You fixed it!”. I couldn’t believe that he’d fixed it. He said he replaced a part and that the cost for the part was $270 and that if he did some additional maintenance the total would be about $400. This was a far cry from the original company quoting me outlandish prices for what sounded to me like sub par materials. I asked him to provide me with pricing to replace the downstairs unit since I knew that it wasn’t going to last much longer anyway. He provided a reasonable estimate with great financing to replace the downstairs AC unit and the furnace with more efficient Carrier products. I said to go ahead with the work…he left the replaced part in the unit so that we’d have air and said that they would be back at 7:30 AM on Friday the 20th to complete the work.

Sean called me that Thursday to ask me if he could do the work on Saturday the 21st instead of Friday. He had a few customers who had no air and wanted to get them working again since my air was working now. I told him by all means to take care of the customers he had with no air in 100+ degree heat. He said his crew would be out Saturday morning at 7:30 AM. Again, true to his word, his crew was here before 7:30 AM. They covered the floors to make sure nothing was damaged and they completed the work by about 1 in the afternoon. They were professional and cleaned up everything once they were done.

The air is working great. I will definitely call Sean back to have the units serviced every 6 months. He was honest first by fixing the unit, then telling me that I didn’t have to feel backed into a corner to replace the system right away. Since he gave me a fair price for replacement and good financing, I thought it best to go ahead with the work. I’m hoping that the upstairs unit lasts a few more years, but should it need to be service or replaced at some point, I will call Sean at Air Patrol. I cancelled the home warranty since they required you use their service providers. They would have covered $1500 of the cost to replace the unit had I used their AC people, but I just didn’t trust them. Sean and Air Patrol provided great service and a fair price with honesty and integrity.

Replaced 3 ton HVAC with modern, efficient 19 seer system. Additionally, all new duct work was installed throughout the home.

After receiving multiple bids I decided to go with Air Patrol for a variety of reasons – namely, excellent communication, price and professionalism is what distinguishes Air Patrol from the competition. You will not have any problems getting questions answered and they will show up on time and as promised. Bids are detailed and easy to understand item by item. I have referred multiple people to Air Patrol and they all agree this is the best HVAC company in the DFW area.
